Windows couldn’t connect to the printer. Check the printer name and try again. If this a network printer, make sure that the printer is turned on, and that the printer address is correct.
- Pastikan apakah akhir-akhir ini komputer kalian terjadi windows update.
- Uninstall windows Update
- Masuk ke control panel
- Pilih program/uninstall a program
- View Installed Update
- Pillih Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5006670)
- Restart Komputer, dan coba hubungkan kembali ke printer sharing.
